Without doubt @1stCentral are the hardest company to communicate with, over 5 hours spent over 3 days trying to speak to a human and not an ai bot..... A very disillusioned customer who will never renew a policy with them again. Very frustrating

@soniasodha Hi, given the membership can someone from that wing of the party ever win a leadership contest even if united? Starmer adopted a lot of ideas from the left in his leadership campaign to gain support. He's obviously a talented politician I wonder if Streeting could ever be leader?

@ZoeJardiniere Unfortunately I think reform wld win the mayoralty. Although, that wld be their most high profile test yet, and should they make a mess of it (I'm sure they will) it may lose them votes come the general election. So possibly not a bad thing. A massive gamble though.
