@bookingcom have had an awful service with you. Customer service just keeps sending me round in circles and no way of logging anything on the website. Other family members booked at the same time and cancelled at the same time and got a full refund. Not me though #pleasehelp

Had awful service from @BandQ so far. Got told our delivery should be Wednesday 6th in the AM. Got the morning off work for it, nothing came by 2pm and had to leave. No emails or calls to rearrange delivery and wife has been on phone over an hour trying to sort but no luck… 🤦‍♂️
