Spent 3 years building apartments, but didn’t like that my earnings were capped.
So I moved into selling commercial vehicles.
That’s when everything changed.
I was breaking sales records.
So they started capping how many deals I could put through.
Once again, my income had a ceiling.
So I carved out my own path.
That’s how Glynn Fleet was born.
Today, I help business owners get the vehicles they need.
Sourced, upfitted, wrapped, financed, and delivered so they're ready to work on Day 1.

Building out the Glynn Fleet team this year.
First hire I need is a finance person. Someone with lender relationships who can get my commercial customers funded fast. Right now that’s the bottleneck.
Second is a deal coordinator. Every deal has 15 moving pieces between quote and keys. I need someone who owns that process and doesn’t drop anything.
After that, sales reps who already have relationships in commercial markets. Construction, telecom, utilities, franchises. Bring your network. I’ll handle everything else.
And eventually a vendor relations person to keep expanding our dealership and upfitter relationships nationwide.

Spent yesterday morning on Lake Murray with my son and Kyle from Bonus Bass.
Got off the water at 2:30.
50 unread emails. Several missed calls. And I’d already answered 15 emails and a bunch of texts from the boat.
I was physically present. Mentally I was somewhere else.
That’s not a fishing problem. That’s a business problem.

Do you know which ones are due for service this week? Which driver is burning more fuel than the rest? Which vehicle is 6 months from the point where repairs start costing more than the payment?
If the answer is no, you don't have fleet management. You have trucks.

@CollinJHumphrey I’m there now. But 500k-1M as a solo operator is great but if something happens to be it’s all over. I’m hiring now and starting to build something I can leave behind or exit down the road that has more value than just my ability to close deals.
@jamesonhaslam Yes. You can letter in it as well😁 You can start in 6th grade. It’s really cool. They do 2-3 service projects a year and fish 4-5 tournaments every year. College bass fishing is really a sweet gig. Full rides with free gear and boats.
Saturday morning and half the guys I know in home services are catching up on paperwork instead of being with their families.
