Hi @nectar Any news on my stolen 145,000 points? It’s been nearly a month and other than being sent a new card with zero points balance Ive heard nothing. Where’s my 347 remaining points and the £725 that’s been stolen?
Hey @nectar … having reported the theft of 145000 points from my account nearly 2 weeks ago and having been fobbed off twice by your chat people, AND also having been sent a new card that I seemingly can’t register …. you might understand my frustration. Deeply unimpressed .
Lovely column from Freedland. Captures everything I felt at Villa Park a couple of weeks ago, and what I’m so looking forward to in Copenhagen next week.

@joncstone As it happens, I worked in the water sector during the 70s-and 80s. All of these arguments ‘favouring’ privatisation were rebutted at the time - including raising private finance for asset renewal/replacement.No one in govt. listened/cared. Ideologues then, as indeed now.
The collective grief will be seismic.
