@Afrihost .... so what’s with your internet speeds being so poor lately? Seems like it’s in the evenings... This wasn’t an issue until recently this week. Speedtest on my 200Mbps Afrihost Pure, Openserve link.
@Afrihost Something is still going on with my 200Mbps Openserve fibre connection. ONT and router have been rebooted. Speedtest done on PC over cable. Issues start at 165.73.14.113 (see trace route).
@Afrihost I can assure you my Wi-Fi or the APs I use was not the problem. There was a definite issue on the fibre last night with high latency, slow speeds and packet loss. This appears to be better currently but will let you know if it happens again.

Reality - @TAKEALOT couldn’t give a shit. Especially returns or exchanges on products bought by their customers. The smile guarantee is bullshit and I would be careful buying anything you’re worried might need replacing from #Takealot
