@Square customer service is awful. high fees taken from small businesses with no access to timely human support when the platform experiences an error. For an owner/operator be on hold for hours is a huge cost in time & money and the AI agents are more frustrating than helpful.

I still don’t really understand how Bravo dropped the ball so badly with #RHOM - an excellent reboot that was so well received on Peacock - which was then moved back to Bravo, promoted really poorly and always treated like the red-headed stepchild. Like Ay, por favor!
