Finally, I wouldn't post this but I have been having issues like this for years. Nothing ever gets fixed and I have finally gotten fed up. I wish there was another option but there isn't. I thought @FlixBus buying @GreyhoundBus would improve them but I guess they are just as bad.

I am currently sitting in a Greyhound station waiting for my bus and there is no bus or driver. I asked one of the 3 people walking around where the bus was and they said "that is your responsibility" how could it be?

I have been riding with @GreyhoundBus for years and I want people to know never to ride with them if they have any other choice of transportation. I sadly have to use them because of my situation but NO ONE should have to put up with the horrible service that they provide.
