@AmericanAir Boarded AA 1297 3hrs 15min ago & still sitting at the gate with no end in sight. Held in purgatory with 15-min mechanical delay increments. Called Exec Plat line & told I can’t even speak to Customer Relations. Only email. Wow. Nonstop delays and cancels this Summer.
#breaking New pictures obtained by @CBSNewYork show some of the damage to @AmericanAir flt 300 including what was described as a runway “edge light” embedded in the damaged wing. The plane flew for 28 minutes with that light stuck in the wing! More on the @CBSEveningNews tonight
@AskLyft I am startled to see I was overcharged hundreds of dollars for a short Lyft ride last night. It was supposed to be around $19.00. However, I was charged $668.00 and it said I had a 3hr and 19min ride. Absolutely not correct and alarming this can happen. ASAP help please.
@AmericanAir Hi there. Would you be able to make a one-time exception and extend the expiration on a couple of expiring SWUs to a loyal flyer who re-qualified for EXP status yet again this year? I called the EXP desk, but the attitude of the rep left something to be desired.

@AmericanAir In the 10 minutes I was on hold with the EXP desk, my miles and copay inventory (C Class) vanished. Anything RM can do to clear me? Was supposed to be a 3 minute hold time. A shame.
@MarriottRewards Hello. My SPG status is not matching to Marriott. I've been disconnected once on the phone and on hold total of 30 minutes now. I have a stay today, and I would like my status recognized before I check in shortly. Very bad customer experience thus far.
@BofA_Help No. 7 days later the money is still not back in my acct. that was stolen. Insanely long hold times & poor CS. Closing accounts after 16 yrs.
