@British_Airways I’ve repeatedly been promised my points will be added, then later to get an automated response saying ‘this is outside of the period you can claim points’. I started this frustrating journey well within the period I can claim points. I’m punished for your lack of record keeping!

Terrible customer service from @British_Airways I’ve been trying to get Avois points from a flight added to my account for over two years now. Spent hours on the phone, filled out forms. Promised I’ll get them added then NOTHING - then back to the beginning. Going in circles!

They have no record of my multiple points. And provide broken links to follow up on their generic email responses - which contradict the guidance given on the phone. Very poor!
