@yawdxfarrinyute@MrFreemannnnnnn I'll try to help him out, with as simplistic answer I can. Communism is effectively a socialist autocrisy. The leader, usually under the auspicis of a group, controls all social, economic, property, and assets of citizens. In short, the "government" decides who gets what.
@senseirene420 Probably not, and neither can Elon Musk. He doesn't design anything (including rockets). He simply hires people to do it, then takes the credit. Not a single idea has been his.
@HerCuriousBooks@EdKrassen@paulinaplazas While I fully agree that the end of Yugoslavia was sad, it was only a county for 74 years, and it wasn't "cannibalized". It was split into two countries. Sad, yes, but not really the same as Iraq/Kuwait, or Russia/Ukraine. I see your point though.
@Imhere0001 Hunter Biden was born in Wilmington, DE. He has been a US citizen since birth. Hunter Biden has never held any position in US govt, official it otherwise. He's just a guy who's father was president. Period. You're welcome, fucking idiot.
@EvaOust @LeadingReport "They want to stop this"? So, the Republican who introduced the bill wants to so Republican voters can't "find out the truth about the Left"? You obviously fit MAGA to a tee. Uninformed and uneducated.
@GregTTU Maybe a "record" for his first 100 days, but nowhere near an EO record (that would be FDR with 3721). Biden signed 66 less than Trump (221 vs 155) during his term. Nice try though.
@Equality_Guards You understand it's Congress who decides where money is spent, not the president, right? Are you also aware that defense budget money is already set aside for foreign aid?
@Gentry1925035 They didn't commemorate American lives. Those were not American soldiers, generals, or people. They were citizens of the Confederate States of America, our enemies.
@DeDevilsJester For roughly 250 years, the Bald Eagle was considered the "national symbol" of the US. Until yesterday, it had never been the official national bird. This is definitely not virtue signaling. Put your political bias away for a day.
@PSP_Podcast "Shut down our pipeline"? First off, no pipeline was shut down. An extension that wasn't expected to be completed for years was cancelled. Second, Canada owns the Keystone pipeline, so it wasn't "ours" to begin with. Third, the US owns zero oil pipelines. Free market and all.
@truthseekerAAA Since it didn't pass, we'll never get to see how well Build Back Better would have worked. You and your type seem to think asking about something that never happened is some kind of flex. It isn't.
@rlySYDAU @SM2523941520459 It's also wildly irresponsible, and can cause national security issues, on day one. Possibly even before. The President of the United States isn't a job you can just waltz in on day one and be ready to perform. There are also laws that have no "punishment". PTA seems to be one.
@SM2523941520459 Technically, one could argue that the PTA is law (since it is an act, that was passed by Congress, and signed by the President). However, there are no punishments listen within the act for not following any guidelines set forth. Typical, confusing federal stuff. Or whatever.
