We're thrilled to be able to post photos of the first completed church that we've built in Benin Africa!
Even better yet, the church has had so much success & popularity that after only a couple weeks of being open people are having to stand during the service. π
Apparently the only negative is that we should have made the church bigger! Glory be to God! ππ€²
Spreading the word of Christ across the nations is the main reason that we've started God's Bread Investing Group. If you'd like to donate or join us, then send us a DM anytime! We would love to have you!
(***Full disclosure, we did have AI enhance these photos VERY slightly. The photos that we received from our brothers in Benin were not the best angles or resolution, so we thought we'd help give a better representation of what's been built.)
@The_BakeryHQ is not only helping do good for individuals, but also for positive organizations! @Breadddman
@BecauseBitcoin Woah, woah, whoa @KingWabi.... Pump the breaks on bashing Michael Jordan and stick to something that you know about, crypto. Clearly you know very little about basketball.
@FransBakker9812 So more or less, $IREN is going to go down after their ER and any investor is going to have to wait another 3-6 months to get back to $60-70.
@Jsjsjsjd88 "It is a great buy tho"
Said by the same people on November 5th, 2025 when $IREN was $76 a share.
(And no, that's not when I bought in. I'm in way earlier than that.)
I love how the $IREN pumpers before the ER were, "IREN is going to soar! Definitely $50 by the end of the week and $60-80 soon and $100+ by the end of the year! BUY NOW!"
Now that it's crashed yet again after the ER their message is, "What a great buying opportunity! BUY NOW!"
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the point of holding $IREN or any stock for that matter is to make money?
After watching the guidance call, twice now, it's clear that @danroberts0101 & management have little concern for shareholders or the price of the stock when he said things like:
(We care about) "The strategic merit, not the revenue."
And....
"We are not chasing headline announcements, we are making long-term decisions about where we want this business to be."
And my favorite line was, "When we sign, we will tell you." And not just the words that he said, but the tone it was said in.
Let me translate that from Australian to English for you: "We're up here, you're down there. Stop whining about the stock price and if you don't like it, piss off." Don't believe me, go watch it for yourself.
What's also hilarious about this "When we sign, we will tell you" comment is the fact that they consistently DON'T tell you about their signings. They didn't tell you who or what they signed in the past when they signed with Prometheus. And now AGAIN last night they told us that they signed with a multi-contract with a leading frontier AI lab, but of course couldn't tell us anything about it.
So for the 2nd time in a very short period of time they're signing deals, but they can't tell us who it's with, what it's for or how much it will be worth, but.... "When we sign a deal, we will tell you." π€
I can only think of one, possibly two times that this type of secrecy happened with any similar sector businesses, yet it happens all the time with $IREN.
What does this secrecy, defiance and "we're up here, you're down there" attitude do to the stock price? Currently it's down -11.6% as of this writing and it's down -6.9% YTD. π
All the while $NBIS is up +119.5% YTD. π
Which leads me back to my original comment. If the whole point of investing in a stock is to make money, then holding or buying into $IREN other than to play with options (mostly puts) has been a very bad decision for people in 2026. This comes even though management & pumpers professed over & over & over again that 2026 was going to be a "massive year for the stock!!"
I guess I can't say management & pumpers were lying because they technically were correct. They never said if it was going to be massively good or massively bad.
Clearly it's been massive year for $IREN ... a massively disappointing year.
Jensen from $NVDA showed excitement, leadership, vision & determination.
Dan Roberts from $IREN sounded tired, read from a script, had very little enthusiasm and almost seemed annoyed that he had to be there.
One company is the biggest in the world, the other is down 5% YTD. Guess which is which.
@BITCOINCREEKBAY@OHare888 This so dumb & purposefully misleading.
Anyone who knows anything about $IREN knows that the money they're spending now will start to pay off big time in the near future when they start leasing their compute power.
@bitcoinbutcher1@TopherGotWifi Because $IREN holders feel like abused spouses for the past 10 months & 3 earnings reports.
At some point you just accept that you're going to get punched in the face again.
