@RufusWilliam@hartmaths For this test, I would’ve had to have seen a result with less than 5% chance of happening. In that case, I say ‘that’s so unlikely, given my ‘no difference’ assumption, that I reject it and say that it did mustve made a difference. I’m not certain though, but I’m 95% sure.
@RufusWilliam@hartmaths Question is, are the results ‘significant’ enough to reject the assumption that there is no improvement? ‘If’ the drug made no difference, there is still a 12.5% chance I would’ve got the results I did. So my results are not that extreme. 1/2
@MrHoadMaths I wonder what it would sound like if the 20 musicians played the second half at the same time as the original 10 played the first! How many musicians would it take to get the whole thing played in 5 mins…? 😆 I throw in a similar question to yours about people on a bus.

Finding sides of triangles. Opposite = h x sin(theta), adj = h x cos(theta). All you’re doing is scaling up the triangle.
Use it to find missing sides given h & theta.
Extension: if I tell you opp and the angle, can you find the hypotenuse? 5/6
