Results from volunteers collecting waste along the Thames. Changing public behaviour is inadequate and too slow. Waste Management too will only get us so far. The Government has to be willing to regulate manufacturers and the allowable uses of plastics.

@TwickTribune Hello residents in St Margarets are fighting to save 11 mature trees, all of which are protected, from developers who want to fell them to build four houses. The trees were given to the community in the 1980s as community payback for building a business estate.

We've put up our #bat detector this evening at @GodwinTrees in #StMargarets to gather more data about #bats here. We know that #SopranoPipistrelles are using the site soon after dusk, but with a nearby dark corridor, we look forward to finding out what other bats might be here.
