@AmericanAir Arrived at DFW, no gate. Said another plane is at our gate. There is apparently 25+ planes looking for a gate and it’s 1st come, 1st serve so we’ll likely be waiting in our plane for over another hour before we get to a gate. Welcome to American Airlines.
@AmericanAir Nope, just light rain in a few spots at DFW. Nothing severe at all. Most areas have no rain. Earlier, AA messaged stated delay due to maintenance.
@AmericanAir hello peeps. American just delayed our flight 4 hours for “maintenance”. There is no compensation I’m told even though AA owns, staffs and maintains the planes. Somehow they are not responsible and my time is not worthy. Anyone w/similar issue?
@AskCapitalOne Haven’t been able to access my accounts since yesterday afternoon. Can’t get access to my account, funds nor send a wire. Huge impact on our business. Extremely disappointing. Hope they compensate us or we’ll be moving our business.
@leslibless Leslie, it is so sad this issue is not about construction technique,but rather desire/greed. Our politicians have no desire to build a wall as they’re being lobbied/paid by businesses wanting cheap labor. This as you know is creating massive issues with inequality, crime, etc.
@Avis St. Louis Lambert International location will not answer the phone, they route all calls to India call center. India call center said they do not have ability to reach STL Lambert location either. Very hard to work with Avis.
@Avis arrived at St. Louis airport at 11:10 pm. Hertz still open. Alamo still open. Enterprise still open. Avis closed. Called Avis call center at 7:00 pm to confirm reservation. Call center said STL location would stay open if flights arriving late. Not true.
@AmericanAir 27 hours and no bags. Itchy eyes, getting bit by mosquitoes, wearing same clothes as yesterday. Still no word from American regarding our luggage. If you are traveling internationally, be careful which airline you choose.
@AmericanAir arrived in Cozumel yesterday, direct flight. No bags. At least 30 others with no bags. 18 hours later, still no bags. No clothes, no medications, no essentials, no fun. How do you leave DFW airport knowing you did not load at least 30 bags??????
@frontiercommunications suspended my account for non payment. Said I chose to receive statements via email but have no email address on file for me. Been on phone for 90+ minutes. Said supervisor was available to help,
Transferred me and back on hold. Poor customer support.
