Asked my Grok Bot site agent to look at my Job Market Blueprint like a world class UI designer would. Twenty minutes later it had a real redesign, and a lot of it was better. It also buried the layoff list, the whole point of the page. Still needed me for that part.
Found out the jobs numbers on my site were being pulled by an AI doing web searches. It made some up, including an October 2025 report BLS never published because of the shutdown. Every run said success. My Grok Bot caught it and moved it to the official BLS data.
#GrokBot caught a bug in my Job Market Blueprint. Two state feeds were logging the wrong headcounts. One fish farm showed 4,269 layoffs. Real number: 47.
It found it and fixed it on its own, before ~288,000 fake jobs hit my numbers.

My Grok Bot dog finder agent turned up Gemma and Flynn yesterday. Two Australian Labradoodles in Ohio with puppies due around Oct 24.
Flynn's breeder says he doesn't just look at you, he studies you. I believe it.

Spent this week setting up specialist AI bots instead of one big assistant that does everything.
One watches my X. Another writes for my site. Another is helping me find a dog. Another role-plays interviews.
Weirdest part is deciding what each one can do without me.
I can't believe the amazing technology we are are witnessing in real time coming out of @SpaceX. This must be what it was like looking at the USA/Russia space race from 1955-1975. Every day is better than the last! #Space#TheFinalFrontier
@TansuYegen The institutional knowledge point is underrated. You can cut the role, but that person also knew which customer hates surprises and why a process exists. None of that is in the ROI model until it's gone.
@OpenAI@ASBDC Curious whether the report shows these small businesses hiring more after adopting agents, or growing without adding headcount. Both are great for the owner. Only one helps the local job market.
@danellisona AI agent operations lead. Decides which workflows get handed to agents, sets the guardrails, and owns it when one goes sideways. Most companies already need this person. Few have the title yet.
"Will AI take my job?" is the wrong question.
AI replaces tasks, not whole jobs. The better question: which of YOUR tasks can it already do?
I built a free tool that checks 923 occupations task by task.
Did your score surprise you?

@gtmba_@Glennmon Maybe there is a grey area here? Enterprise sales is a โweโ game. There are Solution Consultants, Technical Account Advisors, Customer Success, Support, etc.
Showing how you can orchestrate across teams, people, personalities, is an Iโฆ.but โweโ win together.
@PeterSchiff First thing youโve said in a long while that I 100% agree with.
Jobs (especially corporate) are a newer construct over the last 150 years or so.
There are other ways to live, succeed, and feel contentment in life without a โjobโ as we know it.
@_The_Prophet__ I think it's more nuanced - some job categories will greatly expand while others get cut.
Ask: If everything you produced this quarter suddenly cost one tenth as much to produce, would your company want more of it or would it simply need fewer of you?

@Lowes - your phone customer experience is absolutely horrible. It took me 4 attempts before your agent would route me to customer service and thenโฆno one picked up.
@wordgrammer I think this article stops short of the most important part. We havenโt hit the Web2.0 equivalent for AI.
Also. AI is going to be imbedded everywhere. Users wonโt even know they are using which is the highest form of adoption.
@elonmusk Iโve been so happy in United flights that have Starlink. Being able to code, watch a movie, silently join conference calls, and surf the internet all at the same time. It doesnโt get better than that and if any airline executive disagrees, the are just eating their own dogfood.
