Why are “certain countries” restricted from accessing this platform at all - unfortunately the largest and most trusted one for job applications? And more importantly, what does “certain countries” actually mean?

I'm Sudanese. @LinkedIn @LinkedInHelp restricted my account & a second one, both failing “identity verification.” I suggested in an email it might be because Sudanese passports are in English + Arabic..
