Consultations are ongoing at the highest levels to secure his release but i think it has come to the point where every Eastern Nigerian influencer and all people of conscience from every part of Nigeria, should damn the consequences and start posting about Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's release! It's not about personal opinions and sentimental considerations. It's about justice that is long overdue - the more you stay silent and condone this insanity, the more the Nigerian state continues to justify this level of impunity for all. Speak up now, even if that's all you can do, and leave the rest for some of us. Silence at this time is not an option. You can't hold a sick man in detention, knowing his health is deteriorating and still refuse to release him. That's unconscionable. That's inhuman. That's barbaric. That's some stone age stuff unfolding before our eyes, at a time that the genocidal killers of Christians are allowed to majestically attend meetings on their own terms with the same Nigerian authorities, without any harm or threat of harm to them. This has got to stop one way or another.
