The women are cheering because they do not want the physician to be legally constrained to the cases you mention.

Regardless, the U.N. are mostly political hacks and bureaucrats, not exactly people worth trusting with the truth.

They aren't the alleged victim and seemingly are the sole witness. The incentive to lie is obvious, and there is no corroborating evidence as far as I can tell (no clear victim, even).
