@dieworkwear@ebreeeezyyy In some circles ppl do care. The fact there is such a big debate means that many ppl do care. A lot of ppl lie and say they don’t care about these things but they actually care it’s just most ppl are smart enough to not admit that they care to not sound superficial.

In the short term it cant, because Africa does not have enough wealth for it to happen but when/if Africa becomes wealthy enough it could, especially since emerging markets at the beginning of major growth overspend on luxuries compared to developed world.
@TheRealEstateG6 Do you think it’s the ppl or the algo? Anecdotally I see less content from the smart positive content I used to get a while back. Not sure if those ppl are posting less. Are you posting less for example? cause I get less of your content than I used to it feels.
@NaijaFlyingDr most will have a family office which as you said invests in REITs, in dedicated real estate pe funds. Some might have in house team that invests like a real estate pe fund, some are part of syndications. Some do individual but commercial RE. Since you can buy offices for $100m+.
@Collateral_com Those are great ones! where there’s a decent amount of content since they wrote books that could be worth exploring in RE: Jorge Perez of related, Frances Greenburger, and the Reichmans. Ppl behind JMB realty, Richard rainwater, William e Simon also potentially good.
@moseskagan I found it to be the opposite, when ppl are older they have more obligations so they no longer focus on flexing but on important things for their family, hence when older you no longer have to compete and be the coolest person you can just focus on key things like work and biz.

@realEstateTrent Ppl are just getting to grips with how A.I. works especially in non tech firms, there is resistance currently. + job losses might not happen with incumbents firing ppl but by smaller firms who are leaner and utilise A.I. they might make some big companies disappear. Let’s see
