Get the right people into the right roles and get out of their way.
Sounds simple.
Why is it so hard for most founders to do?
It means giving up control.
This is why most founders have a job not a business that works… without them.
We often talk about a sense of place, but not a sense of time.
Old buildings and historic cities give us the feeling of time... not just the mental concept.
Modern cities have hard edges, looks that aren’t easy to locate in time or place because they all look the same everywhere.

They don’t.
They have a team dependence problem. Revenue is just where the pain shows up.
So they push harder on sales…
while the real constraint stays untouched… and nothing actually changes.
“I have a message for the incredible people of Greenland.
We strongly support your right to choose.
But, we need it. And I think we are going to get it one way or the other.”
Is he:
Joking?
Posturing?
Threatening?

We can all take note and learn that all bets are off.
What do you think?
