@MBTA need to report a bus driver. Lady operating bus 1416 currently on the Sullivan square Bus 93 route is not using her turn signals at all. Almost hit me because they weren't indicating that they were going back into the lane. Need to hire people that can drive!

@Uber continues to have fare flaws. My driver mistakenly took a wrong turn and went onto a toll road. Because of that my fare was higher than originally stated. I disputed on the app and it said that I won't get my upfront rate. Wtf.

@AmericanAir been on hold with reservations for 25 mins after getting a call back so they can check error code 15012 I got on the website. Should it take this long? I almost want to hang up and call again... But I'll lose my spot. This is kinda ridiculous.

@EncoreResortBH you guys are so grimy to say that you're offering $50 slot credit for the month of August only to find out when I get there that you changed it to "First week of August" because you guys exceeded your limit. Pretty bad on your part to not honor it. You guys suck.

@Petco visiting the Revere MA location and am quite concerned about the conditions of the cages for the conures and cockatiels. There's crap in the water dishes and the cages are filthy overall. Not until I brought up seeing one did they clean the waters out.

Uber seriously needs to get some better Support mechanism. Their series of auto response chat bots and “self-help” Support is atrocious and doesn’t do anything. They need to implement a call line...

CORRECTION: Victim who was struck by a pickup truck this AM on O'Brien Hwy in #Boston was a bicyclist, not a pedestrian. That victim, an adult male, has since been pronounced deceased. Lane restrictions remain in place on O'Brien Hwy for investigation.
