All the best from Austria!
@NWEWarReports Whats all the fuss about that statement? France and UK never denied that they have already troops in Ukraine for support and training. Ofc it was not to show the Ukrainians how to shoot a gun...
@NWEWarReports Russia knows that Ukraine will not attack Transnistria. Western support for Ukraine is at its lowest (public opinion, not politician talk) and "provoking" Ukraine to attack Transnistria could be the tipping point. How would Ukraine justify the attack towards the west?
@NWEWarReports Ukraine wanted to invade Transnistria 100%. But spillover of the war to a 3rd country would be a huge escalation where clearly Ukraine would be the aggressor. They didn't received the green light from the US and most likely also not from the EU.
@NWEWarReports I agree. My point is that it is often not important "who attacked first" because we - the public - have only very limited information (think of all the events since 2014 were we only can "assume" or "guess" what - and why - something happend".
@PeterReznicek True, no panic at all - but it can still the start of a (healthy) multi week correction. We basically rallied >15% in 2 month without any correction and look at the simularity to end of July.
@AndreasSteno Isn't the definition of "shelter" in the US a much more broader one that in Europe? These <5% is pure rent. If you include costs that are also shelter related, you are at ~22%.
