When @PirateSoftware says people are looking at "links to personally identifiable information of me", what he means is that people are looking up embarrassing information from his past that he self-published publicly on the internet. The information is not tied to his personal safety.

He is intentionally using the implication of a safety threat ("I'm being doxxed!") to protect his ego. This is the reason he can mention it in the same breath as "people picking fights with me in VC for content". This is a pattern of behavior for many narcissistic creators online.

Doxxing people is bad.

Laughing at someone's furry fetish and their anthropomorphized ferret artwork from Second Life is NOT bad. Implying there is a connection between the two is not only hilarious but also possibly doubles as harm reduction!
