I'm regularly accused of borrowing trouble. I'd like to state for the record that I definitely have a card from the Trouble Library, so at least I'm borrowing legitimately.
But I probably have some fines as well.
@CalebTheSpy Sometimes they pop up and do a random show in my area still and it makes me so thankful to live near them. ❤️ The first concert I ever went to was a Lost And Found concert.
@7stars7siblings A deeper pull, Strange Magic. Shakespeare retold with fairies. Produced by Lucasfilm. Really fun jukebox musicals. It checks a lot of boxes for me and is just a really enjoyable film and beautiful to look at.
@nienna121 Lifelong fan of Narnia here, I was raised on it. I've read The Last Battle exactly once. Put it off forever. Got it over with just to say I'd done it. It's perfectly fine to just enjoy all the rest of them and leave that one to the people who like it. ❤️
@Democracyotdead@suzania That last guy I was talking to on a dating site collected Rolexes. This is when I immediately knew he was in a different tax bracket and tried very hard to convey that to him so he knew what to expect. 😬
My niche Christmas knowledge for this year is that there's a piano part in the song "Thankful Heart" from Muppet Christmas Carol that is ONLY in the movie. It's not on the soundtrack. And apparently the orchestra doesn't play it in concert. BUT IT'S IN THE MOVIE AND I LOVE IT.
Well now this version of the soundtrack on YouTube has it and I look like a fool. I don't know how deep to go down this rabbit hole of a Mandela effect.

It's literally five seconds at 2:45. My sister saw an orchestra perform with the movie and mentioned that this part wasn't in there so now my hyperfixation is back all these years later.

A reminder that Gonzo's delivery of the single greatest line in film history is made infinitely better once you realise it is an EXACT rendering of Charles Dickens' own emphasis in the original story.
@AaronFugues@MachiaWheeler Elf is just kind of neutral meh for me. The one I actively disliked was Home Alone. And I've known better than to try Christmas Story (despite it being a huge thing in the Cleveland area because they have the house.)
