That 70 Billion is for ALL 50 states… 70 divided by 50 = 1.4

Also… Oregon has been failing to budget or prioritize spending and Oregon is projected to receive approximately $43.7 billion in federal funds for the 2025-27 biennium…

Subtract 1.4 from that for the ICE and CBT …. And I will bet you that Oregon’s Democrats STILL can’t budget all those BILLIONS of dollars & businesses will continue to CLOSE & LEAVE because of the FAILED LEGISLATURE!

Oregon is bucking the trend on homelessness, but not in a good way.

While the rest of the country is getting people off the streets, Oregon’s homeless population rose by nearly 20%, with a 43% increase in our largest county. That means more people suffering from mental health and addiction issues, more crime and more people dying on our streets because they can’t get the help they need.

Tina Kotek campaigned on solving this crisis, but things keep going from bad to worse on her watch. It’s time for her to go.

Oregon is getting really bad about letting people get away with their crimes…

On December 10, 2020, a passing motorist discovered the remains of a child concealed inside a duffel bag, located approximately 75 to 100 yards off Highway 18 in the H.B. Van Duzer Forest State Scenic Corridor in Lincoln County, Oregon. Authorities determined the child had been deceased for an estimated 30 to 60 days.
Using genetic genealogy and DNA analysis from a specialty lab, investigators identified the victim in late 2021 as 9-year-old Haley Mae Coblentz. Notably, Haley had never been reported missing. She was born in Colorado and had been living with her mother.
On November 30, 2021, Oregon State Police, with assistance from the FBI in Detroit, Michigan, arrested Haley’s mother, Shawna Browning (then 28 or 29), and her partner, Lauren Harrison (then 33 or 34). Both were charged with aggravated murder on a warrant from Lincoln County.
In March 2022, a Lincoln County judge dismissed the murder charges against both women “in the furtherance of justice.” Prosecutors noted at the time that charges could potentially be refiled in the future.
Key point for reporting: As of 2026, the case has not proceeded to trial. No new charges have been filed against Browning or Harrison following the 2022 dismissal, and the case remains unsolved ~ now a “cold case” #Oregon
