Having clearly worded options can make the most complicated subject matter easier to digest. In this example from @BOIPnews the options are phrased in first-person making it more relatable.

I'll start with an emoji if it helps provide context for what follows.
But a lot of times it's more appropriate at the end. Like I'll usually put emotion emojis at the end.
... Rarely I do both though. Sometimes.
Your choice of words can do a lot for reducing friction. Something simple like “I’ll do this later” lets users know that it's something they can just come back to. Well played @zeroheightHQ!
