Ive called daily, raised stage 1 & 2 complaints & still nothing.

@CarpetrightHelp The resolution I want is.... Waive the fitting charge for laying the floor, a time line of when this will be achieved as like previously stated all that's happened thus far is the runaround from one "manager" to another.
My friend is registered disabled, with no floor or end date
