@coopuk I Will like to outline and draw attention to a tragic incident that took place in your Greenwich branch, Trathen Square. The protagonist turns out to be the store manger named Mela, how applauding!

I believe this was a racially motivated attack and I will not be taking this likely at all.

I demand that this is investigated further and that the person in question is removed from their role.

@coopuk After such foul behaviour shown towards me by this disgraceful “Manger” I proceeded to call the police who arrived at the scene to try to diffuse he situation.

She physically assaulted me and used degrading terms towards me in front of other customers.
