@AFCFixtureNews Unfortunately, I am not surprised. The silence regarding the state of the app and the website, along with the fact that fans are resorting to telephoning the club to resolve issues, tells us all that the current Premier League Champions have outsourced vital services. Shameful.

@chuckdavie I have been complaining about it a lot (see my #afsclondon and #gunflash tweets) and I suspect the issue is with outsourced services. Gone are the days were web developers like me, sat in cubicles, in offices, all above the server room so that problems can be nipped in the bud.

@PhoenixDantes @AFSCLondon @Arsenal Ah, good old @Trustpilot the review site that restricts the amount of bad reviews allowed. Part of the data manipulation game, I doubt @Arsenal will allow over 1,000 bad reviews, despite having a fan base of millions. I gave up using it years ago. Utterly pointless.

Ho hum, another day passes and despite my complaint, still no £9.99 refund from the @Arsenal PPTV Early Bird bundle I purchased on 24 July. It's an utter disgrace @AFSCLondon that such a club as ours cannot do basic accounting tasks to meet their stated service level agreement 😔
