@RBI I have spent all day trying to sort out a small prepaid card activation with ICICI Bank, both over their toll free helpline 18601207777 and also at a local branch in Kolkata. The helpline first came up as “invalid” followed by all banking menu option selects also “invalid”.

Utterly disgruntle with @ICICIBank_Care phone helpline and in-banking experience that has taken all my day for a 2 minute job. Still no redressal. And all my $$ is inaccessible. @RBI please advice where to file a formal complaint for quick redressal.

@ICICIBank_Care Your phone banking helpline needs some serious reviewing & updating. Literally every customer input is deemed “invalid” and leads to calls being terminating. Patience and loyalty truly tested today. Thoroughly disappointed.
