Due to a check-in agent error in Chennai, my bag was incorrectly tagged with another passenger's details and flown to Pennsylvania. Following my immediate report on June 14, BA retrieved the bag and brought it to Baltimore Airport (BWI)

Despite calling your 888 number daily with the exact AirTag coordinates, I am only told that "emails are being sent." Today is Day 9 without my luggage.
