@ibroxrocks If Gerrard or McInnes get the job it is simply to appease fans, not because they’re even close to the best candidate.
That way they can spin it if it fails and say “well a large section of you wanted him”
McInnes style simply does not work for teams who need to win things too.
My cousin in the UK is moving house tomorrow, six people in the "chain". One of them this morning just sent an email saying he's £20,000 short and asking everyone else to jointly make up the difference or the entire deal folds.

Sempre aprendendo. Sempre evoluindo. O futebol nunca para de ensinar! Obrigado @ScotlandNT & @DougieAnderso12 🙏
@AMcKellar89 Appointment aside.. i think the Board are trying to instill the idea that this is the manager and it will be the players that change if there's unrest, rather than the other way about. Just maybe that starts the culture shift they talk about?
@ArrC94 Whats your thoughts on the whole manager revolving door thing?
They identified that at the start of last season then Martin happened.. I'm just assuming their stance is the same and are going to run the course with Rohl
It was put to Andrew Cavenagh that we’re fed up of the cycle of manager failing, being kept on, bad start, sacked.
He said he understands that but ‘it can’t always just be down to the manager. We need to look at the underlying reasons it keeps happening to break the cycle’.
They spent weeks crying about their staff apparently being “assaulted” at Ibrox. They have now went and attacked multiple Hearts players on their own park. Wonder how they will make themselves the victims over this situation
@johnwalker_1986 Not defending Rohl here but it sounds like the big difference is Rohl omitted Tav saying what it would mean to his family to lead the team out..
What players have commented on his management? Rangers players? Genuinely curious cause all ive seen is Barry Bannan 😂
@CarlosAlonzoM JJ: "I want to remake the OT and the Empire/Rebels dynamic, but that doesn't really make sense based on how it ended. I'll just rename them The First Order and The Resistance and not really explain how or why any of it works. Problem solved."
@albax694@ibroxrocks He’s putting in effort that no one else is. I actually think the end product is there, we just aren’t taking chances he’s creating. He has been played as a 9 once, he was MOTM and got injured before half time. We is a future 9 but also an absolute work horse.
All well and good if you have 3 years to instill that.
When Gerrard first came in he was giving it the "no jogging" chat then 3 games in to the season we were conceding goals as players slouched about the pitch. Fixed it over years not weeks or months
