@AMcKellar89 Appointment aside.. i think the Board are trying to instill the idea that this is the manager and it will be the players that change if there's unrest, rather than the other way about. Just maybe that starts the culture shift they talk about?

@albax694 @ibroxrocks He’s putting in effort that no one else is. I actually think the end product is there, we just aren’t taking chances he’s creating. He has been played as a 9 once, he was MOTM and got injured before half time. We is a future 9 but also an absolute work horse.

When Gerrard first came in he was giving it the "no jogging" chat then 3 games in to the season we were conceding goals as players slouched about the pitch. Fixed it over years not weeks or months
