I have been unable to book a flight for the past 24hrs.
It also seems your chatbot is not working. I have been waiting for 45 minutes now with no response.
@British_Airways poor show!
So far on our trip, we have have been separated despite being on the same booking.
Then my father-in-law has been downgraded without any notice or communication.
Not the best start to our US trip 😠
@Gatwick_Airport what is going on, all the fnb outlets in your South terminal are struggling. All have a minimum of a 30 minute wait due to lack of staff. Disappointing.
