@DGretta_Author The mighty Casey at the bat was definitely not Flexing when he struck out.
Maybe he should have listened to you and called himself $CASY. Then perhaps he'd be $FLEX (ing).
@BeardoTrader I walked 400km of the Via Francigena (starts in Cantebury, UK) from Pontremoli to Rome. Got addicted after the Frances route of the Camino de Santiago (790km) last fall.
@SixSigmaCapital@LogicalThesis@peter_mantas@inflectionecon@nataninvesting I know everyone wants that home run, but for a high quality, long-term compounder in your portfolio, $IDXX is starting to look interesting after the recent pullback.
Winners keep winning. And $IDXX has been winning for a long, long time.
@TradexWhisperer The logical question is where else (industries, companies) are we starting to see this type of consolidation? And realizing that we don't know what we don't know or what the future holds, can we at least gleam some ideas of where to start looking for future investments?
@TradexWhisperer $SNDK and $NBIS. Simply wasn't patient enough.
Well...that and just about everything else. You go away to walk across Italy for 6 weeks and the entire market runs without you and your cash hoard.... What's a guy to do?
Sometimes you just have dumb luck. I finished a visit to the Vatican Museum and rushed to St Peter's Square. While trying to find the entrance to the seating area, I looked up and The Pope was riding right past me through the crowd before his weekly Papal Audience.
@dougboneparth Until the corruption that is both hidden and out in the open has actual consequences, it will continue this way. It's a "ME TOO" movement on a whole other level.... funded by Citizens United and backed by an enabling SCOTUS.
