Hello @AyrshireRoads The cattle market sign on the A70 dual path near Dobbies has been placed at head height. Considering it is dark grey on the rear, it could easily be missed by a cyclist travelling westbound and cause a serious injury. #cycling #ayrshire

Basking shark removed today at Maidens in South Ayrshire. It sadly washed up dead on Sunday. It measures about 7.5 metres according to Yolanda McCall who reported it. The large fish was named ‘Bruce’ locally #baskingshark #marine #ayrshire
