@Maziodyne_ Because people kept seeing Thancred and Minfilia as a romance thing in ARR. There were people who tried to make the argument that Thancred was grooming in SHB.
The most memorable battle that I've ever had on the bot front came from a random crater on a random planet that I can't even remember the name of.
We were heading to evac after completion of our obj. We came across this area. Suddenly two whole squads spawned on the other side. We engaged from a distance while these squads advanced. This was back in 2024 and the map just constantly kept spawning a patrol that would in turn shoot a flair the moment the system would allow them. It was a constant wave of bots charging at us. Just me, My squad, And my machinegun with a barrel hot enough to make the sun jealous.
Slowly we advanced foot by foot. Taking shelter in the craters as we moved. Calling in our strats when able. The fighting was intense. The game kept spawning those squads over and over. There was no end to them. We made it halfway across the valley when a teammate started pinging behind us. We had advanced to the point that the game began spawning a patrol behind us also. We were flanked. Clankers charging from the front, Clankers advancing from our 6.
We bunkered down in a crater foxhole and held out for what felt like an hour. Supplies ran low, We lost a diver or two at times. I stayed in my position, Manning my machinegun and doing my best to keep the horde from overrunning our front. In the midst of that chaos I snapped this quick SS because it was one of the most immersive experiences I've had in a game like this up to that point.
Eventually I ran out of ammo on the mg. We were out of supplies for the moment. Me and a squaddie made the decision to advance around the rocks and try to push forward. We managed to push far enough forward that the game stopped spawning patrols constantly infront of us. The other two in our group advanced forward with the patrols still spawning on our rear. We made a break for Evac. Managed to call it in. For two minutes we held out against those patrols until Pelican arrived. We all ran onboard. The last man took a rocket just before he'd made it. One KIA left on that rock while the rest of us flew home.
@DiscussingFilm Didn't he specifically state he didn't want to be in marvel movies anymore because he was tired of keeping up this physique at his age?
@bladeruin8295@helldivers2@Helldivers_NOW There's always something "better", You take whatever compliments the loadout you enjoy.
For example: That one officer's armor in the WW1 warbond has a passive that provides gas resistance. This would be a good strat to combine with that if you're using that armor.
