@startrescuecouk @BickerBoats I did, and have spent 2 days being left on hold then passed backwards and forwards between Customer Services and your Breakdown Department. This is the third day and I’m still waiting for a call from somebody who is interested in dealing with this issue 😡

Just been abandoned by “Start Rescue” breakdown and recovery policy😡 they refused to assist and left us stranded on the M62 hard shoulder with 3 dogs as our cars mechanical fault developed into a fire! Won’t be using “Start Rescue” again. https://t.co/28lo35hROf

You stated that any incident including ‘fire’ was not covered even though it is not stated in the exclusions !!! This is not acceptable or fair. 😡

Fab weather cruising on the River Trent with 4 other boats 4pm to approx 8pm to suit tide times, going to Torksey. Hope there are enough moorings on the river side of the lock at Torksey as the lock keeper’s shift is 8am to 4pm 😞doesn’t suit either tide from Keadby today!!! #CRT
