Bethel is heaven on earth
@emandiongofficial You are the definition of excellent. You’ve pulled off a massive feat, indeed Bethel is proof that you have a God. Congratulations woman of God.
Any reform wey no improve your life for 3 years still won’t improve your life in the next 3 years. Use your head; no let them scam you two times. 🤦🏾♂️
@BrysonGray Bryson Gray does not believe Jesus is God. He has a right to this belief, of course, but you should know that before arguing with him about laws and covenants and such.

So God forgot to mention that the messiah would make the law unnecessary to keep in the Old Testament?
All of those prophecies and not one says “Oh yeah and the law will be no more once the messiah dies”
Matter of fact, it prophesies of the opposite.
Weird.
Like I said, I love AAO and my interest in this is purely doctrinal.
Zacchaeus’ giving was repentance and restitution, not an exchange for eternal life.
Even if the rich man obeyed, there’s only one way to receive eternal life.
@GorgeousTgs@Odun_Naike If he had obeyed we won’t say that.
Zacchaeus wasn’t even told yet be already offered to give.
I’m for a charitable interpretation of people’s manner of expression & speaking style.
I love AAO, so my interest here is purely doctrine. A closer look at this scripture shows that Jesus didn’t ask him to sell possessions for eternal life, Jesus simply used that to prove to the man that his boasting in the law was baseless.
This is similar to how a skpetic of christianity will mock Jesus for asking that rich man to sell all his possessions in order to inherit eternal life.

No goalkeeper in the world today can do 50% of what David De Gea did at Manchester United post Fergie era, with all those below average defenders in front of him.
I repeat, NONE. Like NONE.
One of my favorite biblical prophecies that Jesus fulfilled is that he would cause non-Jews to turn to the God of Israel.
This is profound. I mean, Jews have never even tried to convert other people in mass. Yet, Jesus brought Gentiles around the world to reject their pagan gods and worship the God of Israel. They picked up and translated and printed the Jewish Scriptures. We study them now and believe in them.
Jesus fulfilled a prophetic expectation when he converted the world. This is wild because it’s just so incredibly unlikely and lofty. I think modern Jews would do well to stop and think about how strongly this supports the fact that Jesus is their Messiah.
“It is too light a thing that you should be my servant
to raise up the tribes of Jacob
and to bring back the preserved of Israel;
I will make you as a light for the nations,
that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
— Isaiah 49:6
All the ends of the earth shall remember
and turn to the LORD,
and all the families of the nations
shall worship before you.
— Psalm 22:27
Everything else understands the principle of salvation except humans who it was primarily for.
When you come face to face with the person who takes away your sins, your response should be to fall on your face, worship, and take orders in humble submission and obedience.
But alas.
