@AskPayPal missing two refunds totalling £400. Had to wait 30 days to investigate. Your systems says complete, my bank has no record of receiving funds having searched the transaction number you gave me. Being push from pillar to post and no resolution. Help please!

@AskPayPal I need to query a couple of refunds that have never appeared in my account and which are showing as complete in the app. The automated responses when I queried on the app aren’t helping. How do I speak to an actual human please?

@greateranglia It’s a pity you cannot be part of the solution when it was @greateranglia staff following @greateranglia policy that demanded my money with the complete understanding that this was not a fare evasion issue.

@greateranglia A £50 penalty charged for an innocent mistake caused by your app defaulting to the wrong day. I approached your staff for help and was pretty much mugged in broad daylight. “£50 now or £100 later, you decide” No customer service, no understanding, help. Awful!

@greateranglia @greateranglia I’ve had my appeal response and they have also completely ignored the circumstances and parroted the company policy. Please can you advise if there any other avenues I can explore or would I be wasting my time?

@greateranglia I wasn’t caught trying to evade a fare. I was the one who approached your staff, naively thinking I would be helped. I felt like an idiot for being honest. Your policies are unfair and should be reviewed.

@greateranglia I made a formal complaint within 30 mins of it happening via the appeals service link given to me by the man who agreed that this decision wasn’t fair but who demanded my £50 none the less in order to leave. No decision back yet.
