Hey @Uber, Been contacting your customer support for months to report that my account has been hacked. Someone is using it to DRIVE unsuspecting riders. They have associated a fake email to my phone number but I need to email from the (fraudulent) email to get help? WTF. 🙄

@SingaporeAir I made a waitlisted award redemption for an ADVANTAGE award for 120,000 points which cleared (thank you!) but has somehow split up my journey so one leg of my flight is labeled as SAVER resulting in a cost of 137,500 points.Please help!

@SingaporeAir Yes I have- multiple times - however because that flight is not accepting waitlist reservations any longer, they have been unable to help me.
