🤔I can't help wonder that in the idiocy of Justices Barret, Roberts, Brown, Kaegan & Sotomayor, on birth right citizenship that perhaps they were actually punting this issue back up to the Article I branch of our government, and that is our representatives in the House and Senate.
Since in the Constitutional order of things, the Article I legislature not the Article III judiciary or the Article II Executive must rewrite the law to make clear enough so that even a low IQ justice like Mr. Cheif justice can comprehend it. Yes?

As for the so-called law? What law? We had 5 Supreme Court Justices including two pseudo conservatives, those we pay to uphold our laws, just legalize voter fraud and immigration fraud. All of a sudden, they were illiterate to the text of the Constitution which was so clear to even the three blind mice and Helen Keller. Remember Chuck Schumer stood in front of the Supreme Court heading up the Left's "legions" and dropped threats of to both Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, what consequences did he suffer for that? The paper tigers Trump appoints at the DOJ just basically slapped his wrist and told him to behave. No arrest! No tribunal! Nothing. When various governors and mayors ran insurrections, incited mobs and made threats to ICE officers, again...no arrests, no tribunals, no consequences. When Senator Kelly a former military officer joined a bunch of seditionists and made a 5K video directing the military to defy orders, did he suffer any repercussions for that? Was he arrested? Was he dragged before a military tribunal? Was he imprisoned or executed for his treason? No! The tough talking @SecWar couldn't even get it up enough to put this guy before a military tribunal, instead they just punted to some brain-dead DC Grand Jury who refused to indict the treasonous Senator and then let the matter drop and Kelley returned to the Left's "Resit" movement. Yes, if they were born of parents that are not subject to the jurisdiction there of the United States then yes. American citizenship is a god-given gift and should not be diluted or treated as a welfare card for the rest of the world. I would not want pregnant Chinese women loyal to the Chinese Communist Party coming to America having babies their babies become American citizens at age 18 their babies can then vote and then they're mailing their ballots in from Shanghai or Beijing. Those ballots delete the votes of legitimate American citizens whose parents were subject to the jurisdiction there of the United States when they gave birth to their child. Remember originally the American Indians were not subject to the jurisdiction thereof the United States and Congress had to pass legislation to rectify that. This entire 14th Amendment was meant for African slaves who were brought here against their will and the children born to those African slaves. It was not meant for any birthing person from anywhere around the world to come here drop a baby and then use that baby as an anchor for American citizenship and the Privileges that go along with.
