The Presidents include H.E. Brahim Ghali of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, H.E. Taye AtskeSelassie of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and H.E. Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Other leaders who are already in Uganda for the ceremony include the Vice President of Zimbabwe, Dr Constantino Chiwenga, and the Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea, H.E. Manuel Osa Nsue Nsua, among others.
