Hi @LNER @CrossCountryUK I bought tickets a week ago for a trip Lon to Edin May 30 - Jun 5... I wasn't allowed to book seats as train schedule hadn't yet been confirmed. I was asked to come back this week to book seats, and now can't due to reservations being saved. Please help!
