@matz29674811 @jaldred75 @DVLAgovuk Hi Matt. After emailing my MP he emailed them and I had a response 5 weeks later. I then got my provisional license 2 weeks after this. Hope this helps and you get a response soon.

@HatchardNoon @evans_hellen @JacobJBowen @DVLAgovuk Once I emailed my MP it took 7 weeks to receive my provisional license but I know that if I hadn’t of emailed my MP I would definitely still be waiting.

@countrysteeve @evans_hellen @JacobJBowen @DVLAgovuk I wrote him an email and explained the poor service I was getting and the impact it was having on my life. Definitely recommend emailing your MP - mine has and was incredible. Good luck 👍🏼

@evans_hellen @JacobJBowen @DVLAgovuk I waited 22 weeks for my provisional license as I have a medical condition and finally received it on Friday.. I got in touch with my local MP who was amazing for me and I think that’s the only reason why I got mine! Wishing you the best of luck - I know how frustrating it is!
