Last week we ran a story on how companies weaponise “terms & conditions” to defraud customers and evade responsibility. Today I’m sharing a personal experience. I had the most frustrating Rakshabandhan thanks to @fnp_ind. They promised an international delivery by Aug 16.

@RailwaySeva Hey @RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia why the train started late and is getting late as we are traveling. Train No. 12192. Running late by 7 hours 30 mins. The train is taking a halt of 10 mins where it is supposed to take 2 mins. How come such bad service
