@Bruadarach_labs If it's the boiler, just replacing the PRV or pumping up the pressure in the expansion tank should do the trick and isn't difficult - so hope for your sake it's that 🤞

@Bruadarach_labs So 1st thing is put pressure up to normal level and check boiler overflow….. usually through wall outside of where boiler is hung

@Bruadarach_labs dripping water when pressure is up to 1.5 bar. If it’s neither of those it’s likely to be a leak. Leaks usually apply at joints rather than straight runs, so check all joints for leaks first. I wouldn’t say a cold pipe = leak there!
