Jeff Greeson was arrested after allegedly saying that he intended to live long enough to pee on the DA's grave.

And somehow, the Rogers County District Attorney's Office got a judge to hold him on $150,000 bail.

The felony charges listed include:
1️⃣ Act of terrorism
2️⃣ Plan, attempt, or conspire to perform an act of violence
3️⃣ Pattern of criminal offenses

Saying you're going to live long enough to pee on someone's grave is not the same thing as saying you're going to kill someone.
