One of the most common misconceptions about firearms is the delivery system for ammunition into the gun.
Here’s a SUPER BASIC explanation of both clips and magazines.

⭐️Magazine: A magazine holds the rounds and feeds them into the gun. It can be detached or built into the gun. Most modern guns use magazines.
⭐️Clip: A clip holds rounds of ammunition together to help you load them into a magazine or the gun itself faster.
It does not feed bullets into the gun.

Think of it like this:
-Magazine = storage + delivery
-Clip = just a holder for loading
