ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ఒక రాజకీయ పార్టీ గత కొంతకాలంగా అవలంబిస్తున్న రాజకీయ ధోరణిని గమనిస్తుంటే, ఒక ప్రశ్న పదే పదే మనసులో మెదులుతోంది...

నిర్మాణాత్మక రాజకీయాలా? విధ్వంసకర రాజకీయాలా?
ప్రజాసేవా? ప్రతీకార రాజకీయాలా?
అభివృద్ధా? అరాచకమా?
సమైక్యతా? విభజనా?
ప్రజా సంక్షేమమా? వ్యక్తిగత అహంకారమా?
భవిష్యత్ నిర్మాణమా? రాజకీయ విధ్వంసమా?

నా దృష్టిలో, ఒక పార్టీ తన రాజకీయ ప్రయాణాన్ని ప్రజాసేవ కంటే ప్రతీకార రాజకీయాల వైపు మళ్లిస్తే... నిర్మాణం కంటే విధ్వంసాన్ని ఎంచుకుంటే... అభివృద్ధి కంటే అరాచకాన్ని ప్రోత్సహిస్తే... ప్రజల్లో విశ్వాసం కంటే భయాన్ని పెంచితే... ప్రజాస్వామ్య చర్చ కంటే వ్యక్తిగత దూషణలకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తే... అది తన రాజకీయ పునాదినే బలహీనపరుచుకుంటుంది.

నేర చరిత్ర ఉన్న వ్యక్తులకు రాజకీయ ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వడం, హింసను ఖండించడంలో స్పష్టత లేకపోవడం, మత విద్వేషాలను రెచ్చగొట్టే వ్యాఖ్యలపై మౌనం పాటించడం, సమాజంలో విభేదాలను పెంచే ధోరణులకు అవకాశం కల్పిస్తున్నారనే ప్రజల్లో ఏర్పడుతున్న భావన—ఇవన్నీ కలిపి ఆ పార్టీపై ప్రజల నమ్మకాన్ని దెబ్బతీస్తాయని నేను భావిస్తున్నాను.

దీనికి పూర్తి విరుద్ధంగా, ప్రజలు కోరుకునేది నిర్మాణాత్మక రాజకీయాలు.
ప్రజలు ఆశించేది అభివృద్ధి రాజకీయాలు.
ప్రజలు గౌరవించేది నిజాయితీ గల నాయకత్వం.
ప్రజలు ఆదరించేది సమర్థవంతమైన పరిపాలన.
ప్రజలు నిలబెట్టేది అందరినీ కలుపుకొని వెళ్లే నాయకత్వాన్ని.
ప్రజలు మెచ్చేది అన్ని మతాలను సమానంగా గౌరవించే సంస్కారాన్ని.

ప్రజలు కోరుకునేది సమాజాన్ని చీల్చే నాయకుడు కాదు... సమాజాన్ని కలిపే నాయకుడు.

రాజకీయాల్లో అధికారంలో ఉండటం గొప్ప విషయం కాదు. ప్రజల హృదయాల్లో ఉండటమే అసలైన విజయం.
ఒక రాజకీయ పార్టీ తన ఆలోచనా విధానాన్ని మార్చుకోకుండా... విధ్వంసకర రాజకీయాలనే కొనసాగిస్తే... ప్రజా సమస్యల కంటే వ్యక్తిగత రాజకీయాలకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తే... ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువల కంటే ప్రతీకార భావజాలానికే కట్టుబడి ఉంటే... రానున్న కాలంలో ప్రజలే ఆ పార్టీని క్రమంగా రాజకీయంగా అప్రసక్తం చేసే అవకాశం ఉందని నా వ్యక్తిగత విశ్లేషణ.

నిర్మాణం ఎప్పుడూ విధ్వంసాన్ని ఓడిస్తుంది.
ప్రజాసేవ ఎప్పుడూ ప్రతీకార రాజకీయాలపై గెలుస్తుంది.
అభివృద్ధి ఎప్పుడూ అరాచకాన్ని అధిగమిస్తుంది.
సమైక్యత ఎప్పుడూ విభజనను జయిస్తుంది.

చరిత్ర చెప్పే ఒకే ఒక సత్యం—ప్రజల కోసం పనిచేసే పార్టీలు నిలుస్తాయి. ప్రజలపై రాజకీయాలు చేసే పార్టీలు క్రమంగా కనుమరుగవుతాయి.

Recently, the way some Gen Z kids abused the Prime Minister, Bharat, and the Indian Army is truly disgusting. Not all Gen Z, but it seems some are living in a false world.

This is for those confused Gen Z youngsters.

జనసేన పార్టీ సంస్థాగత నిర్మాణం కోసం పరిశీలకులను నియమించడం మంచి నిర్ణయం. అయితే ఒక నిర్మాణాత్మక సూచన.

ఈ పరిశీలకులు సేకరించే సమాచారం ఎంత ముఖ్యమో, అదే స్థాయిలో వారి పనితీరుపై కూడా స్వతంత్రంగా అభిప్రాయాలు సేకరించే వ్యవస్థ ఉంటే మరింత పారదర్శకత పెరుగుతుంది.

ఎందుకంటే ప్రతి నాయకుడు కూడా మనిషే. కొన్నిసార్లు స్థానిక వర్గాలు, వ్యక్తిగత అనుబంధాలు లేదా అసంపూర్ణ సమాచారం వల్ల వాస్తవ పరిస్థితి పూర్తిగా ప్రతిబింబించకపోవచ్చు.

అందుకే పార్టీ అధిష్ఠానానికి నేరుగా కార్యకర్తలు తమ అభిప్రాయాలు, ఫిర్యాదులు, సూచనలు తెలియజేసే ఒక స్వతంత్ర ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్ వ్యవస్థ ఉంటే మంచిది.

ఇలా చేస్తే ఎలాంటి పక్షపాతం లేకుండా నిజమైన గ్రౌండ్ రియాలిటీ నాయకత్వానికి చేరుతుంది. చివరికి బలపడేది పార్టీనే.

Today

CRED is ready for its next phase. I am stepping back and @miten steps in as interim CEO, partnered with an incredibly talented team. He has been heading strategy and finance and suffering me since 2020. I’m stepping away from the operating role and will continue as a shareholder. My commitment doesn’t change. Just the role.

Extremely grateful to our members, partners, regulators, and investors who made this possible. And to our board, Shailendra, Micky, Saurabh for their extraordinary conviction.

Team CRED, I’ll still expect you to be a 10x version of yourselves.

As for me, I’ll be joining Meta to lead WhatsApp globally.

While it’s come very far, the delta between WhatsApp today and its full potential is massive. BRS and groups like Telangana Rakshana Sena seem to be stuck in the same old divisive political narratives. Whether that approach can bring them back to power is increasingly questionable.

People have largely moved on. The sentiment today is shifting from identity politics to development, governance, jobs, investments, and opportunities.

This is the time to open the doors to a more constructive political era. In that regard, Pawan Kalyan appears to be moving in the right direction.

If he continues on this path, don't be surprised if he emerges as a key kingmaker, a king —or even a major political force—in the next decade.

Political leaders should read the mood of the people carefully. The future belongs to those who unite, not divide.

Have some sense!! - of politics!
Anyone comparing #PawanKalyan with Vijay simply hasn’t read Indian political history, has no sense of politics. No leader has built a party on the values and conviction Pawan has. AP’s political DNA and TN’s Dravidian mindset come from completely different roots. AP is lucky to have a leader like Pawan Kalyan.
One example — AP is largely driven by caste-based politics and lacks a “state-first” attitude. A certain community has been in deep sleep for decades. Whereas Tamil Nadu, despite its flaws, runs on one bhava — one shared sentiment of Tamil pride and identity.
That’s the difference. And that’s why Pawan’s mission in AP is harder, and far more historic.
Mark my words — Pawan Kalyan is THE leader who is truly qualified to lead this nation… this Bharath land. 🚩🇮🇳
