π₯ This wasn't a fight, it was an all-out WAR.
Walter Goncalves and Banma Duoji stood in the pocket and traded absolute bombs in a pure MMA slugfest.
The chaos reached another level when Banma Duoji landed a groin shot that forced the referee to stop the action, giving Goncalves time to recover.
Despite the controversy, Duoji came back after the restart and went on to win by unanimous decision.
Be honest, did that groin shot look intentional to you? Should Banma Duoji have been disqualified instead of going on to win the fight?

Relationship tip! β€οΈ
Pay close attention to the man or woman youβre committing to. Know exactly where you stand in their life and where they place you among their priorities before you make that commitment.
Donβt commit blindly. Know your position first.
@anyiam_daniel They walked out separately like nothing happened and then invited you for coffee. Thatβs not an affair, thatβs a performance review.
Anybody can look sharp when the fight is going according to plan.
I watch what happens when the other guy takes the first plan away. Some fighters wait for the corner to solve it. The special ones start solving it themselves.

Leonard made a great fighter look completely ordinary in this moment.
That speed, timing and precision were something special.
How many fighters could match Leonard at his peak?

A yellow card in ONE Championship is a penalty for a foul or stalling. It deducts 10% of the fighterβs purse and can also influence the judges if the fight goes to a decision. In that fight, Balart got two of them (one for a low kick and one late illegal strike) instead of a DQ, then still won by unanimous decision.

Gustavo Balart vs. Ryuto Sawada turned WILD!
A low kick sparked controversy, a π¨ yellow card was issued instead of a DQ, but Balart kept his composure and sealed the win by unanimous decision!
What a fight!

A couple of years ago, I met this beautiful lady. We got talking, I made my intentions known, and she agreed to give us a chance.
The only challenge? It was a long-distance relationship.
She was in South Africa, while I was in Nigeria.
At some point, she opened up to me that she was a single mother. Honestly, I had no problem with that. Iβve always believed that being a single mother doesnβt automatically mean someone planned to be in that situation. Life happens, circumstances happen, and I donβt judge people for it.
Our relationship grew stronger despite the distance. We talked almost every day, had video calls, chatted constantly, and I was the kind of person who carried her along with what was happening in my daily life.
Then one day, something very unexpected happened.
I went to Mile 12 Market to buy groceries. For those who know Lagos, you know Mile 12 is where you go when you want foodstuff in large quantities and, most times, better value for your money.
While I was shopping, she called me.
The place was noisy, so she immediately asked:
βWhere are you?β
I told her, βIβm at the market buying groceries.β
Suddenly, her mood changed.
She went quiet.
I asked, βAre you okay?β
She said yes.
Then she asked, βWhy are YOU the one buying groceries?β
I was confused.
I explained that I had run out of some food items, so I went to the market to restock.
She hung up.
A few minutes later, she called back and said something I honestly wasnβt prepared for:
βI donβt appreciate men who go to the market to buy groceries.β
At this point, I was completely lost.
I asked her what she meant and why that was a problem.
She didnβt really explain.
That was the last time I heard from her.
No argument.
No breakup conversation.
No explanation.
She simply stopped reaching out.
Till today, I still donβt know what exactly happened.
So now Iβm genuinely curious:
Is a man going to the market to buy groceries actually a dealbreaker for some women? π
Or was there something else behind her reaction that I completely missed?
